Step by Step Guideline for Examination Form fill-up/Sign up and Appearance in Examination

Step 1: Visit faculty website www.smfwb.in and click on link Examination Form Fill-up.You shall be redirected to the exam portal.

Step 2: Next  go to – “ Click here to Register for Examination” button which shall open the next screen 

Step 3: Next enter your Name and Date of Birth correctly and the captcha code as shown in above screen

Step 4:  All the details regarding candidate is displayed onscreen including name, dob, course,regn id, college,etc..,Verify your details

Step 5:  Enter  your current e-mail address and mobile no for communication and also create your login password as per specified criteria ( click on icon)

Step 6:  Click on Ok and proceed to the User login screen  

Step 7 : Enter your Login credentials as created before and go to user dashboard

Step 8: Click on Red button to “Pay Examination Fees” online .Once clicked, it will  take you to the Payment Gateway Screen.Enter your details and select Payment of examination fees option from drop down to pay Rs.500/-,as applicable.

Note : a) Examination Fees of Rs.500/- is payable by Students of Non-govt. institutions and also students appearing from ESI, CNCI and KPT. b) Examination Fees is not payable by regular students of medical college and govt. institutions.However, students appearing from such institution who are  appearing for second time either in preliminary or final exam are required to pay the examination fees. 

Step 9: Fees once paid shall be reconciled within 24 hours and confirmation can be seen as fees status updated.

Step 10: Within your Dashboard you will see : a) Mock Exam Link for Practicing the Online Exam Software and Exam Pattern b) One day before exam,you will also get SMS/E-Mail with your Live Exam Credentials and Online Examination Link in your registered E-Mail and Mobile No.It will also be available in your Login Dashboard c) Admit Card Download Link

Step 11: Instructions for Marking/Writing Answers: a) Please check / choose one option out of four choices for MCQ question b) Choose one from True / False c) Match the column by Drag and Drop option OR the same question shall be repeated again in Subjective pattern and type your answers such as 1A / 2B /3C /4D ..... for each pair of matching words,as suitable  d) Write / Type the short subjective type answer. SAVE AND SUBMIT YOUR ANSWERS ALWAYS

TECHINICAL ADVISORY / GUIDANCE FOR ONLINE EXAMINATION :

1) You may appear for the online examination on a desktop / laptop / Mobile Android Phone / Tablet with basic internet data speed.

2) Update the Google Chrome Version of your browser.Take Mock test compulsorily to sort out any issue with your system.

3) Please ensure your device is functional and has battery charged before start of exam.Sit in a quiet place free from any disturbances to give exam.

4) If your test gets disconnected during the examination,please login again and complete the same.Your saved responses will be there.

5) Do not use any text book or external sources during exam as you are being monitored.

6) SAVE AND SUBMIT THE EXAM WITHIN EXAM DURATION.

How to Download Admit Card in your Login: Click on Download Admit Card Link and then enter your username and password
